EDMONDS CENTER FOR THE ARTS / EDMONDS PUBLIC FACILITIES DISTRICTEMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: EDUCATION/OUTREACH MANAGER JOB SUMMARY: Edmonds Center for the Arts (ECA) presents a high quality and diverse season of music, dance, theatre, comedy and special attractions in its recently renovated performing arts facility in South Snohomish County, WA, just 25 min. north of Seattle. ECA seeks a high energy, creative, organized and dynamic professional to assist with ongoing growth and expansion of its Education/Outreach Programs, including student matinee programs, in-school artists residencies, on-site arts enrichment classes and camps, and community outreach events. Working closely with the Executive Director, Director of Advancement, Development Manager and Communications Manager, the Education/Outreach Manager will develop and administer ECA’s educational programs (for, in and with the schools) and outreach programs (for, in and with other local entities, such as the Senior Center and Hospital). Position requires excellent written and oral communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to engage with and energize students, teachers, families, and other community groups.
