Current Hours: Tuesday & Friday | Noon to 4 pm, extended hours during the performances.

Refunds/Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges after ticket purchase. Some exclusions apply for ECA Subscribers.

Shipping & Handling

The following options are available when purchasing tickets online or through the box office.

Tickets Purchased Online

Tickets can be placed in Will Call at no additional charge.
Tickets can be ordered via the print-at-home/mobile phone option at no charge.
Tickets can be mailed. $2.50 fee applies.

Processing Fees

ECA Presented events, single ticket purchase : $5 for ECA events and $4 for the others, whether purchased online or not.
Rental & Community Partner events, single ticket purchase: Minimum $3 per ticket, $4 per ticket online.

Historic Building Preservation Fee

Preserving and maintaining this historic building for future generations.

$2 per ticket on all ECA Presented Events & Special Engagements.
$1 per ticket on ECA Film Cabarets, ECA Sunday Films and ECA Saturday Matinees.
$1 per ticket on Rental and Community Partner events.

Children

Children under five years of age are welcome at performances designated for families, however, no babes-in-arms please.*
* Babes-in-arms are welcome at ECA Saturday Matinee performances. Admission is free for children 18 months or younger. To remain in compliance with all applicable legal requirements, all patrons entering the theatre must have a valid ticket, regardless of age. Please call or visit the ECA Box Office in advance of Family Series performances to reserve complimentary tickets for children 18 months or younger.
