Box Office & Ticketing Policies

ECA warmly welcomes children and families to our performances! You know your child best, please note when there might be adult or suggestive material and uphold consideration for patrons around you.

To remain in compliance with all applicable legal requirements, all patrons entering the theater must have a valid ticket, regardless of age. Please call or visit the ECA Box Office to reserve complimentary tickets for children 18 months or younger.

Information on youth/student pricing can be found in the Discounts for ECA Presented Events section below.

Do you have a ticket credit on your account you’d like to use? Please call the box office directly at 425-275-9595 and we can assist you with your ticket purchase.

If purchasing tickets through our website:

• Use your email to log into your account.
• Follow the steps of purchasing your ECA tickets.
• After you have put seats/tickets in your shopping cart, locate the square blue button just to the right that says, “Use Credit Balance.”
• Click the button to apply your credit to the total balance and continue with the transaction.
• Please be aware that credit can only be used for ECA Presented Events. Rental or community partner events are not applicable.

• 10% Discounts are available for Seniors 62+ with a valid ID
• 10% Discounts are available for Active Military & Veterans with a valid ID
• Youth Ticket Pricing is available for those 17 & Under – $15 per ticket (plus fees)
• Student Ticket Pricing is available for students of all ages with a valid Student ID – $15 per ticket (plus fees)
• TeenTix – ECA is a proud TeenTix partner! Interested teens must sign-up for a FREE TeenTix Pass! The pass entitles teens to purchase $5 day-of-show (& often advanced!) tickets to any ECA presented events.

* ECA discounts cannot be applied to rental/partner events and rental/partner tickets do not count toward ECA subscription packages. Some renters may choose to offer their own discounts and ECA management will do their best to provide this information to the box office as that information becomes available.

Gift cards can be purchased online HERE or in person at our Box Office.

• A $10 minimum is required.
• Gift cards are only valid for performances ticketed through the ECA Box Office.
• Please be aware that gift cards can only be used for ECA Presented Events. Rental or community partner events are not applicable.

Group discounts are a great way to share an ECA performance together as a family or special group, for entertaining clients or even employee parties!

Group discounts are available for most ECA Presented Events and subject to availability. To qualify for group rates, all tickets must be purchased at one time, by one person, using a single payment method: cash, check or credit card. Group discounts are subject to availability.

Pricing:

• Groups 10-19: 10% off each ticket
• Groups 20-29: 15% off each ticket
• Groups 30 and over: 20% off each ticket
• $15 Service fee applies to each group purchase
• Non-refundable deposit 25% of total required to hold seats
• Remaining balance owed due 14 days prior to performance date.

* Please note this is a group request only and does not confirm your purchase. A representative from the ECA Box Office will communicate with you directly to finalize and process your group sale.

No refunds or exchanges. Some exclusions apply for ECA Subscribers or multi-day Rental events.

The following fees are applied to each individual ticket order for ECA-presented events, regardless of whether the purchase is made in person, by phone, or online. Please be aware that fees for rental events may differ.

Service Fee – $5

Historic Building Preservation Fee – $3
This fee fully supports the portion of ECA’s mission that addresses the health and stewardship of our historic theater and campus. 

ECA has a 6-ticket limit per patron (unless otherwise noted by artist). Orders found to exceed this limit will be cancelled.
