Full Season Subscription Terms & Conditions

  • You may exchange your tickets from one performance into another existing performance as available.
    1. No exchanges allowed 24 hours prior to performance.
    2. Note: Exchanges are subject to availability and restrictions apply. Upgrade charges may apply if exchanging into a higher-value ticket. There are no exchanges, refunds, or replacement tickets for missed performances.
    3. If exchanging into a more expensive performance or seating section, you will need to pay the difference in ticket price.
    4. ECA Special Engagements may not be eligible for early access, discount or exchange.
  • No Season Subscription refunds.
  • Your selected seats will be held for two weeks after a special engagement goes on sale, and will be released if you do not purchase within this time frame.
  • Full Season subscriptions will go off-sale September 16, 2024.
  • No shows within a subscription may be refunded individually.
  • Shows within subscription are subject to change based on artist’s tour schedule, and ECA is not responsible for these potential changes/cancellations.
  • Additional discounts may not be added on top of a subscription discount (student, military, etc.).
  • Discounts are off the price of the face ticket value. Our historic building preservation fee and processing fee are not eligible for discount.
  • ECA reserves the right to retain a percentage of seats for single ticket sales in each performance.

The Rockstar 8 Show Subscription Terms & Conditions

  • Your 8 show subscription is eligible for up to 2 show exchanges, or swaps.
    1. No exchanges allowed 24 hours prior to performance.
    2. Note: Exchanges are subject to availability and restrictions apply. Upgrade charges may apply if exchanging into a higher-value ticket. There are no exchanges, refunds, or replacement tickets for missed performances.
    3. If exchanging into a more expensive performance or seating section, you will need to pay the difference in ticket price.
    4. ECA Special Engagements may not be eligible for early access, discount, or exchange.
  • No Season Subscription refunds.

Build Your Own 5 Show Subscription Terms & Conditions

  • After purchasing the Build Your Own Subscription, you must redeem your 5 base shows immediately.
    1. You may not redeem for less than 5 shows at once.
    2. Subscriptions not fully redeemed within 5 days of purchase will be cancelled with no refund.
    3. You may add on additional shows immediately after subscribing.
  • Your Build Your Own 5 Show Subscription is eligible for up to 2 show exchanges, or swaps.

General ECA Ticketing Terms & Conditions

  • ECA has a 6 ticket limit per patron. Orders found to exceed this limit will be cancelled.

Processing Fees:

  • ECA Presented Events and Special Engagements: $5 whether purchased online, over the phone, or in person.
  • Rental Events processing fees: Fee amounts vary. For detailed information on processing fees for Rentals & Community Partner events, please contact rentals@ec4arts.org.

Historic Building Preservation Fee

Historic Building Preservation Fee: $3

This fee fully supports the portion of ECA's mission that addresses the health and stewardship of our historic theater and campus. This fee is charged when purchasing in person, by phone, or online.
